Hope this finds you all well? Manic times as always here at DBHQ. The success of hit theatre show Country Roads has been incredible. 1500 strong audiences in Scotland on our mini tour last June. My brand new EP ANYWHERE ANYTIME is due for release on 6th Sept 2024 via Humbug Records Ltd. 2 original songs and 2 covers. The incredible Nashville team of Crew 22 in Nashville have written the 2 original songs. I am flying to Nashville on 14th Aug 2024 to record my brand new album with these guys. John Mattick [Grammy Nominated writer,producer, keyboard player] was in my band when I toured my Ricky Nelson show in the USA in 2023. He mentioned recording after the tour and here we are, beyond excited does not cover it. As I write i'm about to head to the RETRO FESTIVAL at Newbury Showground as I will be rockin with my incredible band DAVE B's GOOD ROCKIN' TONITE. We are also on the STRICTLY ELVIS FESTIVAL at Vauxhaul Holiday Park on Sept 8th..

Happy New Year to you all. Hope you have all had a great festive period? I am beyond excited to announce my casting in the brand new production from Promotors Entertainers, Country Roads.
I have been cast as the King of Country Music, Johnny Cash. I will also be performing other hits from more Country Legends. A fantastic cast and amazing band have been assembled for this show and I am so honoured and excited to be performing the music I was brought up on by my parents. I have also recently recorded x 2 brand new original tracks for a new album containing original songs and some masters already recorded but as yet unreleased. I have a team of writers in Nashville who have recorded music for adverts, artists, tv shows and more. All news will be announced here 1st

Great and very exciting news to announce. I have been signed to Humbug Records Label. Yes that's right, all my previous album releases and anything upcoming will now be released on this exciting rockin' label. Also I am now taking bookings for my new Johnny Cash Show. Solo or with my incredible band. I have been singing Cash numbers in my solo rockin' show for years. I have just returned from the USA where I was touring my Ricky Nelson Show. I chucked in a few Cash numbers at a couple of shows by request and they bought the house down. So if its good enough for the folks across the pond why not..
The Shaky show both solo and with my band The Bop Won't Stop are booking well. We have band dates in Nottingham, Somerset, Paisley [Scotland and we are appearing on the Strictly Elvis Festival at Vauxhall Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth on Saturday 9th September 2023.. The new album has been recorded and I'm beyond excited. It's a 15 track rock n roll album and I've titled it ADDICTED TO ROCK N ROLL. Mainly cos I am. Welcome to my new website. I hope its easy enough to navigate for you. Happy New Year one and all and lets hope its a lot better than 2020. I have a pretty much full diary but wont update events until this madness is over.
The 1st thing I will be doing this year is cutting my brand new album. I released my Ricky Nelson Tribute album a year ago to great reviews. Im so looking forward to doing a rock n roll album. The title is opposite.
